Saturday’s LSD run morphed into a rocky trail run, mostly because of boredom.  On the orange trail, you really get to see (and feel) the Wissahickon schist in all its sharp, pointy glory.  Sunday my feet were feeling a little beat up so I took the trails on the Roxborough side of the creek,  and the sidewalks of Andorra, which were soft by comparison. About 19 miles total for the weekend.  Still working on the stride, but trail running doesn’t offer as many opportunities for perfecting one’s foot strike; mostly I just focus on not striking a really sharp rock.
